Great service at Firestone! The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and got my car done faster than expected. No upselling, just honest work. My car runs perfectly now. Highly recommend！

I came here after Mavis Discount Tire on West Market Street tried selling me 2 brand new tires without even attempting to look at my car. I had what seemed to be a nail in my tire. I'm visiting from Scranton and was supposed to drive the 3 and a half hour drive home in a couple hours after i'd discovered the "nail". I went to the closest shop, Mavis and they told me they couldn't patch it, and I needed to buy 2 new tires. My dad has been a mechanic for 30 years so even he knew that was ridiculous, even if I wasn't just needing a quick fix to safely get home. They were extremely rude and simply going for a money grab instead of actually helping me. We decided to leave and come here to Firestone instead where we received 100/10 treatment. The man at the front desk was very kind and understanding of the situation. He had told us it was close to the firewall, so if it was the wrong way they may not be able to patch it either, but he wanted to look at it before he said anything or made any decisions, very polar opposite compared to Mavis. The managers are very courteous and helpful. They do not upsell you on things you don't need. Managers Jimmy and Dave worked to get me the best price on all the work I needed done. Even sticking to the original quoted price when something else showed up. I have been coming here for 10 years. I have been to a dealership with this car and was told something had to be replaced but this Firestone was able to clean the part, saving me at least $300.

This is the only place I was close enough to get to after a punctured tire at home depot. When I got there, I was told they couldn't help me. They were all booked up and couldn't do a 10-min fix. Imagine going to a place that specializes in tires, and being told they won't help you with a flat tire. I had to change my own tire in their parking lot! They lost my business for life.
